The granulation process of the fertilizer granulator is as follows:

(2) Formulation and mixing

According to the formula, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and fermented materials are automatically prepared and mixed, and transported to a fertilizer granulator for granulation. Formulate organic and inorganic materials according to different products and mix well in the mixer.

(3) Granulation

The production of biological fertilizers is dominated by organic matter, with a large amount of cellulose and poor molding conditions. Moreover, the production process should not be exposed to high temperatures due to the addition of live bacteria with fertilizer-making functions. Therefore, for the production of organic bio-fertilizers, a new fertilizer granulator and a wet granulation process are employed. After granulation, the material is fed to a dryer through a belt conveyor for drying. The particle size is 3.0-4.0 mm, and the granulation rate is greater than 70% .

(4) Drying

In the bio-fertilizer production process, not only the water content of the formed particles generally exceeds the index, which requires low-temperature spray drying and other means, and the water content of the organic matter after fermentation is 30% to 40%, and the particles are generally 15% to 20%, while the fertilizer The quality specification requires a water content of less than 14%, so the material needs to be dried. Therefore, the drying part is an indispensable process in the production process of biological fertilizer, which directly affects the yield, quality and energy consumption. It is important to choose the model size of the dryer and control the process conditions.

(5) cooling

The dried material will be transferred to a chiller for cooling by a belt conveyor. The cooling process mainly uses a blower to send natural air through the pipeline to the cooler to cool the material.

The cooled material will be transferred to a screening machine for screening: the comminuted large particulate material and the sifted powder will be re-granulated by returning the conveyor back to the granulator, and the qualified fertilizer granules will be shipped to the automated packaging system for packaging.
