It is important to choose the model size of the dryer and control the process conditions.
The dried material will be transferred to a chiller for cooling by a belt conveyor. The cooling process mainly uses a blower to send natural air through the pipeline to the cooler to cool the material.
The cooled material will be transferred to a screening machine for screening: the comminuted large particulate material and the sifted powder will be re-granulated by returning the conveyor back to the granulator, and the qualified fertilizer granules will be shipped to the automated packaging system for packaging.
