Case Description
Summary:
The belt drier is composed of a number of independent units. Each unit comprises a circulating fan, a heating or heat source supplying system, an independent or public fresh air pumping system and a tail gas discharging system. So as to ensure that the belt dryer with a strong maneuverability, suitable for most of the material drying.
Single layer belt type drying equipment: The dried material is evenly distributed on the conveyer belt through the feeding device from the feed inlet. The conveyer belt is made of a porous net, driven by the motor through the gearbox, can ajust speed. Dry medium is air, air is fed into the hot air furnace by the air blower to heat. Hot air with a certain temperature is fed into the belt dryer, through the distribution plate from the upper part of the conveyor belt to blow down. When the air flows through the dry material layer, moisture in the material is evaporated. Air humidification, temperature drop. A part of humid air is expelled from the housing. Another part is before the inhalation of circulation fan, mixing with fresh hot air that offered by hot blast stove and recycling. In order to make the material dewatered uniform, after blowing down, now blow up. Finally, the material is discharged from the conveyor belt after drying. Drying room is usually divided into several units in order to control operating parameters independently, optimize operation.
Multi layer belt type drying equipment: Single layer belt type drying equipment stacked together vertically. Uniform circulation, uniform humidity-discharging, uniform heating. The equipment is suitable for the material with large output or the material with low drying temperature and longer drying time. The wet material have been dried is added from the top. Operating Principle:
The material is uniformly spread on the stainless steel net by feeder. The mesh belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the dryer by a transferring device. The dryer is composed of several units. For each unit, hot air is circulated separately. In the first unit, air out from circulation air blower passes through beside in to low unit after air is up and heated by steam heater be shared by separator the air is sprayed through mesh belt in to top of the machine. The drying process is hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with special moisture from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top. This will complete the heat and mass transfer process. The air pipe of the top is connected with a fan, some air is recycled, and some is exhausted. Exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower and other waster gas is controlled through and adjustment valve. The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users’ requirement. The unit number can be selected according to the demand.

2. Flexible equipment preparation, conveyer belt can flush system and material cooling system.
3. Most of the air is recycled, saving energy too much.
4.Being adapted unique air dividing apparatus, it makes the hot air distribute uniform betterand guarantee the quality of products is constant.
Purpose:
The dryer belt is a common continuous drying equipment, it is widely used in chemical industry, food, medicine, building materials, electronic products and other industries, particularly suitable for materials of strip, granular, the leaves of which has good ventilation. For the materials with soft appearance, also can then be formed by the extrusion or pelleting to dry.
