Case Description
Product overview
The unit is a device that can complete drying and granulation simultaneously. According to the technological requirements, the pressure, flow rate and the size of the nozzle can be adjusted, and the spherical particles with a certain proportion can be obtained.
The working process of the unit is that the material and liquid are input through the diaphragm pump at high pressure, spray droplets, and then flow down with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the outlet of the bottom of the tower. The exhaust gas and its tiny powder are separated by the cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by the exhaust fan. The powder is collected by the pollinator at the bottom of the cyclone separator. Export can also be equipped with secondary dust removal devices, the recovery rate is more than 96-98%.
The materials of tower body, pipeline and separator in the contact part between the unit and the material are all made of SUS304. There are enough moisturizing layers between the inner part and the outer shell of the tower. The filling material is super-fine glass wool. The tower body is equipped with observation doors, mirrors, light sources and control instruments, which are controlled and displayed by the electrical control console.
Product application
Pharmaceutical industry: tablets, granules, capsules; low-sugar, sugar-free Chinese patent medicine granules; food: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, granular juice, condiments; other industries: pesticides, feed, fertilizers, pigments, dyes, etc.
Product characteristics
1、The drying speed is fast, the surface area of material and liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In hot air flow, 95%-98% of water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time is only about ten to tens of seconds, especially for the drying of heat sensitive materials.
2、All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity and good quality.
3、It can be dried by hot air or granulated by cold air according to the characteristics of materials. It has strong adaptability to materials.
4、Simple and stable operation, convenient control, easy to achieve automation.

Type selection example: I = 120 kg (solid content 30%) and 60 kg seeds per batch were required.
The theoretical finished product quantity M=mI+mII=120 kg x 30%+60 kg=96 kg can be obtained from I and II.
Working time T = 120kg/30kg/h = 4h, boiling capacity can be found in the technical parameters column as standard load range, so it is more appropriate to select PGL-30 type to complete two batches per shift.
