Machine can be divided into three parts:
1, Frame: all the machines agent all installed fixed on the rack, the rack of the machine are used for highquality carbon steel, channel steel welded together, and through the strict product qualified certification andspecific process requirements, has reached the purpose of the use of the machine,
2. Transmission connecting part: This machine adopts the cycloidal pin gear speed reducer to drive themain shatt rotating work, the main work of the host machine is using nylon column pin is the ransmission connectorof the tooth and the transmission drive, convenient to assembly and maintenance
3, Mixing part: to the shaft by the driving wheel through a pin coupling. The material can be evenlyoverturned in the mixing chamber, so that the material can be fully mixed. thereby greally reducing the residualamount of the material.
